Shipping & Handling

We send out orders throughout the week and generally arrive quite quickly to major cities around the world.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, order processing times vary, however we aim to dispatch within: 5-7 days.


Depending on the size of your order and time of year, there may be slight delays…

Bali has many religious and cultural holidays and there are certain times of the year where orders may take an extra bit of time to get out. Likewise with the lead up to Christmas as we get a surge of orders (BFCM weekend etc).

We will email you if we are ever experiencing delays.


International Shipping

Express Shipping orders are sent worldwide via Kantor Pos (Indonesia) Express Mail Service or UPS (Global) Express Courier Service – Approx. 7 – 10 days.

(Express Shipping can take longer for remote areas and there may be delays expected due to COVID19)..

We are unable to send to P.O. BOXES – Must be a residential address ONLY!

Please ensure your telephone number and address details are correct.



Tracking numbers are available for orders sent via Express Post/Courier and we will send a tracking number within your shipping confirmation email.

We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping service in transit or stolen after delivery.

Please put in a claim directly with your local post service.

ADDITIONAL IMPORT TAXES & FEES MAY APPLY (However it is usually just a small amount..)


We are not responsible for any import taxes or fees.





Separate Shipments

Depending on the size of your order we may send in different boxes and may arrive at different times.

We try to send the entire order off the same day, but depending on the manner in which it was ordered this is not always possible particularly with wholesale orders.

Sometimes the carrier will separate packages in transit even if they were sent off together. This is no need for worry; you may just have to be extra patient for the other items.

You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what you agreed to pay at checkout.


To cancel your order please contact our customer service. Cancellations must be made within 2 days. Upon successful cancellation, we will refund your purchase amount minus our payment processor fee of 3%.

If your order has already shipped the order cannot be canceled but you will be able to return the product at your expense and we will issue a refund upon returned stock.


Returns will be accepted within 60-days as long as returned in original/unused condition for the purpose of exchanging the item for another item (Different color choice for example). 

Customer is responsible for the return postage costs to our warehouse.

We will send the new item only once we have received the original item back at our warehouse.



We will issue refunds within 60 days of receiving your order. Proof of manufacturing fault must be provided.

We do not require items to be sent back to us in order to issue a refund.

Any items that you may receive damaged or with missing parts will be replaced and sent to you immediately at no extra cost to you.

However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and unforeseen circumstances may delay your order’s estimated time of arrival, particularly with the effects of COVID19 on logistics chains.
